Not to hard.somehow I ran cable 3 at point 4 over instead of under the pulley . scuffed up the cable to where you can see cable. Could you possibly send me a new one. How do determine how much weight you are using . Suppose to be 330 # but bottom number shows 122.5# . The pulley on the top bar at the pull down end sets at an angle. Follow the instructions, take your time and pay attention to the details in the illustrations, the assembly is very straight forward and really quite easy. Resist the temptation to jump ahead of the assembly sequence, that could mess you up. Those that say the weights are nasty dirty are right. Wear gloves or wash up after they're installed. Machine function is very smooth and linear. I'm 5'6", wifey is 5"10". Machine works well for both. We love it.
