    The item itself works great - 5 stars for the item. The item was listed as "New"; it was not new, it was "Open Box" or "Used". For example, the remote sensor arrived with brand-name batties installed; the manufacturer provides generics (I know because I have an identical unit). Also, the power adapter cord arrived roughly coiled, not smoothly coiled. It appears to work fine; will keep it, since it was priced comparably to other used items, but would have appreciated a better description.
