Canceled 2 days before release—now I have to wait 3–5 days for a refund. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Next time, be upfront—we could’ve worked something out. Ebay - Why contact this seller if they don't show you the same courtesy?

Three days prior to release, they cancelled the order claiming an issue with the address despite orders from other sellers to the same address arriving without issue. There are other negative reviews saying they got the same excuse. Seller wasn't willing to honor the price they listed. I got a full refund but they had my money for two weeks.Follow-up from: h***r- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Since leaving this review, the seller has contacted me saying that this was an issue with the supplier and they were unable to fill the order. They also said that cancellation reason was a default option. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this. In the end, I was refunded so no harm done. This is the full context.
