These arrived in a static-dissipating tubes like the good old times, in padded envelop. They are new since its pins have not bent into a socket and looked real and high quality. I installed two of them immediately in my retro style 8088 PC. I was able increase the windows 3.0 resolution to 800x600. This proves that the new chips work flawlessly. Thank you!
