Seller did a good job getting the product here as soon as possible from a location far away overseas. Did ask seller for troubleshooting help, which e-mails were left unanswered; however, it is not their job to get the configurations the way I would need, to work with my setup. Overall, great job with shipping and packaging of the product so it arrived not broken. When I reported the issue, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a replacement. As seen in the photo, the antenna is rusted, and the device does not power on at all. This is a clear case of scamming customers with faulty products. I strongly urge eBay to take action against such dishonest sellers who deceive buyers.
