    FLIMSY BUT CUTE

    It is made of a thin layer of what seems to be burlap over metal rods. The lights are as shown and the red nose blinks. However it clips together and seems that it would blow apart in a strong wind. I may keep it inside in the window. Just seems too flimsy to weather the outside snow storms or high winds. He is cute though. I would not purchase it again.
