Arrived a little beat up but the tv was well protected in it's original packing and undamaged. Slim bezel looks great. Purchased another awhile back and was so please that I bought this one for a second location. Dumb TV's combined with a media server/computer and antenna are a much smarter option than the smart tvs IMO.
