    The PhotoStick Omni was received on time but did not come with instructions. It was not easy to get it to work. I am still trying to get to work it out after 3 days and would not recommend this product as an easy solution to recover pictures, video, music or other data. This is no fault to the seller but the product is not very intuitive for me even after downloading the instructions on the website.
