      Seller waited until 4 days after the sale to tell me they were out of town for 8 more days. I suggested a very small credit as a solution for the delay. They offered a refund, but not without insisting they had an away status enabled on the listing. When provided with a screenshot proving they did not, they doubled down on their false statement. We did settle on a refund, but as a warning to others - you probably don't want to deal with someone who refuses to own up to their mistakes.
