Item was listed as and sold as refurbished, but looking at it, and using it, there's no evidence of it being refurbished; by which I mean that it looks, feels and performs just like a brand new controller, no issues whatsoever. Absolutely outstanding price. 10/10 recommend this seller.

I also ended up having trouble with one of the joysticks, and they gave me some tips about fixing it and offered to replace the whole board if it continued. I did manage to fix the sticks by adjusting the screws, but I really appreciated their knowledge and willingness to make sure I got what I needed from this purchase.
