They were like new and packaged well… There was a delay in delivery but it was due to bad weather, it was not the sellers fault. I communicated with the seller and was assured my package would arrive to give it a few more days. I’m so glad that I did because I received my shoes and I love them… this is my second pair to buy from them and I will gladly purchase from them again! 😊
