    I wouldn't bring it up if the seller was professional enough to answer my message, but since he got my money he's obviously done with this sale. Item was photographed so you couldn't tell the size, was listed as a Barbie car but any m0r0n can tell a Barbie will not fit into it and since ebay allows sellers to get away without putting any real description I got tricked.
