    Good but not great

    I use this for an insulin spike. A serving before, during, and after a workout. If you're not no a bulking cycle, you don't need this much. I like it ok but I think EFX Karbolyn works a lot better. Dextrose is cheaper if you're on a tight budget. An old school supplement, good pumps but EFX Karbolyn gives better fuller pumps. It's all about the pumps baby!
