Company responded to second email to communicate with a number to call instead of contacting me. Their fix was for me to buy a new one from them that would be “discounted”. When asked f I could just get between $.01 to $10.00 comped back, they just said no. Volume dealer, with no care for the time of the customer. I will not use them again.
