The item was reported as having been delivered to me by the local post office on February 10 at 2:27 pm, however I never received the item and placed an investigation request on it with the post office. I received the item the evening of February 11 at 8:53 pm by an anonymous person who may have been post office staff. I'm not certain as they were not in post office attire. Thanks again.
