Send through UPS box was not damaged. The item was Lelit Victoria espresso machine and came as described. This machine is very nice in person the pictures did not do it justice. Value is good if you are into DIY. Hopefully I can fix it but seller was accurate and honest about the unit. As described in the listing, the headphones were brand new. The only negative is that the white box it came in was a little dirty. The headphones themselves (in my opinion) are the best in its class in terms of sound quality, comfortability, and build quality. These really do punch above their weightclass. Great job Bowers and Wilkins!!!
