    The clock we purchased arrived and looked exactly as pictured / described. The clock hands had come loose in shipping. I sent the swelter a note on eBay asking how I should proceed for repairs. He said he only lived an hour away, lucky me, and said he would come to house. 2 days latter the seller arrived at the agreed upon time and within 30 minutes the hands were replaced, the seller checked everything else to make sure all was good. Very happy.
