    Seller was notified immediately that the mat fixing clips are not compatible with my vehicle (contradicting the item description and compatibility chart) and I opened conversation with the seller IN GOOD FAITH to give them a chance to resolve the situation. Seller's offer of full refund and different clips never materialized and then eBay would not step in because I (as a last resort) contacted them after 30 days. Clearly the seller was playing the delay game. Shame on this seller and eBay.
