I usually buy slips from Baker seed co., and they are 5 to 6 inches long with many leaves and very healthy and grow almost immediately. These slips were only 3 inches long with one dead with brown hard roots, and were/are so poor that only one has barely survived, and I would like my purchase price refunded.
