- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseItem arrived dirty with stains and a couple human hairs on it. Nothing that couldn't be wiped off though. Right Bumper switch was unresponsive but could be bent slightly to fix. The one issue that exists and couldn't be fixed however is the face buttons are unresponsive sometimes. The A button being the most inconsistent. Makes me either believe the membrane is faulty or the motherboard's contact points are.

MANY thanks to the seller for offering UPS as an option, since the USPS can't be trusted 99% of the time. Item was listed as and sold as refurbished, but looking at it, and using it, there's no evidence of it being refurbished; by which I mean that it looks, feels and performs just like a brand new controller, no issues whatsoever. Absolutely outstanding price. 10/10 recommend this seller.

I also ended up having trouble with one of the joysticks, and they gave me some tips about fixing it and offered to replace the whole board if it continued. I did manage to fix the sticks by adjusting the screws, but I really appreciated their knowledge and willingness to make sure I got what I needed from this purchase.
