My only complaint and it's minor is that the seller packaged the item in a large box of popcorn styrofoam. It sticks to everything electromagnetically, was all over my kitchen counter, floor, no matter how carefully I tried to direct it into my trash. Other sellers use it as it's good cushioning, but put it plastic bags to avoid this unpacking mess.
