    As previously communicated, the Lamph was shipped without any packing materials, hardly at all inside the box which caused the neck of the lamp to be bent during shipping, and the shade was also completely damaged which had to be thrown out. The shipper offered no resolution and no discount.  it cost us $125 to have the lamp repaired and now we need to find a shade.
