      Seller shipped promptly and did the best possible job to ship something this large and heavy under such circumstances. However, despite such careful, thorough packaging, it still arrived with some damage, which is typical with the type of product I ordered in particular, so it's not really the seller's fault. On the bright side, it's only cosmetic damage, and it still works just fine.
