Received package in a timely manner, opened package and it contained a phone holder with bubble wrap around it. Contacted the seller, and they basically accused me of fraud. Said they have a video of packaging and delivery. I told them I wasn’t looking for a refund, I just would like the item I ordered, seller told me to send the replacement screen, that I never received to get my refund. It clearly says no refund.
