    In this case I was an out of state buyer purchasing 2 accent chairs. Shipping was not originally included but the seller worked with me as I organized shipping and worked with the shippers to facilitate collection. Their support and willingness to support shipping efforts was greatly appreciated. The only opportunity for improvement involved the item description as it was difficult to tell whether there were 2 chairs or one chair. We were able to flesh this out.
