It was delivered PDQ (pretty dang quick) brand new with two remotes and five outlets. The five outlets can be easily mapped and assigned to any of the four channels. The fifth channel on the remote is dedicated to turn on or off all the outlets. Very easy to map. Instructions are clear enough so anyone who can read can do it.
