        The top hat, though a little more aged than I had expected, showed up in good condition for the price. It was shipped promptly and would have arrived on time, though the mail service withheld the item for some reason. It was packed in a box big enough for it and packed well enough so that it wouldn’t move or shift during shipping. It was mostly as described and I am happy with my purchase. The seller was very kind and responded quickly when I brought up some concerns. Would buy from again.
