- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI'm very disappointed. my chromebook arrived in a visibly beat up box and the screen was messed up and made some weird loud beep sound. I just feel like it should've been packaged better instead in some very thin layer of bubble wrap. I contacted the seller on friday at 6pm because thats around the time it arrived, but they were out of office to which i understood, so i waited till today and sent a follow up message within their company hours and yet to be followed up like they claim.

I had an extended ship time longer tha 2 days due to FedEx not scanning the package at the hub. But i messaged the seller and I am pleased with the ease of communication! Please have a look at their store! I know i'll buy from them again.

They even sent a free case for the phone. Would buy from this company again. Only suggestion to the company, is to use better packaging to send a phone, a box instead of a cardboard envelope.
