The shipping box obviously had been at the bottom of heavier boxes and it left a huge crease the length of the box! Scary!.... however the original hat box did it's job and the hat itself was left unscathed. The hat box only slightly worse for the wear with two of the corner seams separated in the "crushing" Not seller's fault !!
