    Sold wrong toner

    I thought I ordered a set of 414a toner but I received a box with 412a, 410a and a 414A. I own a HP 454dw. Only the 414a worked but the printer says the toner is empty. Unfortunately. I just went to install today but ordered Nov. of 2020. Not sure I have any recourse at this point. I had to go to officemax today and replace. Bummer.
