During shipment, a part jiggled loose so I could not access the hard drive or boot up. Sent an email and the vendor responded with 3 suggestions. The first one worked , I seated the loose part, and the laptop booted up just fine. One of the other suggestions involved formatting the boot chip and he offered so send me a replacement if that could not be accomplished.
