It was packaged so well that I had to take 15 minutes to unpack it. It arrived perfectly described as absolutely gorgeous for machine of that age. I hope I can age only that well, I just recently had issue where one of the platinum was loose and had some play where it did it before and they responded with some solutions and took care of it within 24 hours. He stands behind his work.
