        Seller used a thin tea bag box to ship fully painted & assembled miniatures. Half of the miniatures arrived broken.

        Left negative feedback despite receiving a complete refund, including shipping costs, for damage received during shipping. Did not offer photos of box, so who knows. Was extremely rude in message demanding refund. Seller will likely be reselling the items they got for free after fixing them, so if you buy a vintage metal Warhammer model from him I hope you enjoy it- I put a lot of effort into painting them!

        Included pictures of the broken miniatures, wrapped in tissue paper. Asked to return the shipment, seller refunded us without a return. The Feedback is in response to the seller's gross negligence and confrontational messaging.
