I purchased a record that arrived w many scratches and attempted to negotiate an adjusted price or return after they acknowledged the poor condition thru pics but was ignored in 3 emails. In 24 years on ebay I have only left 1 negative feedback. The only reason I'm giving a neutral instead of negative is they tried to follow packing instructions.
