Yes the seller refunded my purchase, but his reasoning that it happens all the time doesn t make sense. Two empty packs inside original envelop. Can t give 5 stars on description or shipping time as I never received the item. Not sure if I will try this seller again as I have reservations. As far as adding a tracking number saying it costs more, I worked for USPS and it does not.
