She said she issued a refund for combined shipping but after waiting 4days the refund was not received. She claimed eBay was holding the refund. After I threatened to file a claim, she sent the refund via PP but PP charges a fee for $$ so I didn’t get the total refund that she promised. Seller is very responsive in communication which makes you feel she can be trusted but it takes too much effort to get a good outcome. BE CAREFUL!!!
