    Images are sharp at focus point even at 2.8 wide open. The VC is such a lifesaver. What a value for the features and solid build. Best choice I ever did for this focal length.

    The Tamron 70-200 f2.8 G2 is a great alternative to the more expensive Nikon and Canon variants. I am not a professional photographer, and this lens meets my need for a powerful f2.8 lens.
