      Not a good replacemnet for a Napoleon insert

      Needed to replace the blower (awful screeching from bearings). This product works great on the bench but in the Napoleon insert it howls (wind noise) so bad it can be heard outside the house with windows and doors closed. There is just something amiss with how it functions in the insert. Tried a second blower but exact same problem. Got an official replacement from the Napoleon dealer and all is well. The blower is OK as far as I can tell BUT not for a Napoleon. The folks were very responsive and supportive.

      Works OK but does not come as pictured.

      This blower does not come as pictured with the sheet metal around it. It is just the fan, speed control and wiring. I had to make a bracket to make it work on my Napoleon Arlington stove. The ad says it is everything you need if your heater did not come with a blower and it calls out my Napoleon stove. The description is deceiving. Only buy if you know how to modify it to fit your heater.
