I contacted the seller to ask what they will do to replace the mask since it arrived damaged, and they told me to send pictures which I did. They have not responded since then despite my follow up emails. I am really disappointed because I really like the mask alot.

You could clearly see the black powder thru the clear packaging. I sent many clear pix to the seller showing the rotted sash and black powder. The seller stated it was damaged in transit would do an investigation and stated that I "may" be reimbursed. The seller also wanted ME to pay to return the item, with no guarantee of being reimbursed for shipping.
