    Consistent quality, great value!

    This soothes my hair and my frugal budget! My daughter uses this all the time, and it really helps her frizzy hair. I tried it and liked it plenty. A little goes a long way! THEN- I used extra on the frizzy curly-cues at my temples. I put some L'Oreal on and just kind of pulled on each "clump" - I am amazed! OMG. Those gray, frizzies are - well, still gray! - but they are now soft and straight! Thank you, L'Oreal!
