      The seller was prompt - standard packaging and for ground shipping, the package still arrived one day early (I am on east coast USA and seller on west coast). Ordered to replace the original battery as it wouldn't hold a charge, but this "new battery" does not hold a charge long, either. So I suspect it is an issue with the phone. Definitely NOT the seller's fault! Thank you for the prompt service!
