      Delicious tea brings sleep

      I have difficulty falling asleep, and some nights, oughtright insomnia. So as I drank this tea, the most I really dared hope for was for a calming effect- I wasn't going to ask much more of it. But happily, as I finished my cup, I found myself yawning! This has happened several times now, followed by my drifting off to seep shortly thereafter. Not sure how much it would help when the can't-sleep-for-beans- till-sun-up insomnia hits, but on most nights when I would normally be lying awake for several hours before sleeping, this product works. Doesn't hurt that it's delicious either!
