    China cheapo

    Ordered 2 of these. New out of package before installing the 2 black plastic pieces fell off the chrome hook. They had been glued with some type of glue that did not hold. I had to go out to hardware store and buy 2 part epoxy to reattach the black pieces. All this happened before installing for a customer if it happened after installing it would have looked bad on me. I tried to find some better quality hooks (USA) but had no luck.
