I had a professional guy build it for me ,because I am 5ft 1 and 110 pound , but they build it in 1 and half hour. it is very beautiful looking sauna . most important ! quality is excellent ,very simple particle and joyful to use it . the first day I used it 2 times I felt like a new person . Seller immediately canceled and refunded my money but never sent me back the offe and after numerous failed attempts to ask them to send me the offer for the exact same price, they went dark on me and no contact from them what so at all!Reply from: gdi-sauna-usa- Feedback replied by seller gdi-sauna-usa.- Feedback replied by seller gdi-sauna-usa.Customer requested a cancellation and we cancelled immediately.
