    worst experience I've had through ebay. she used the wrong addresss and package had to be returned to her before she shipped again. even though it was late a few weeks, I was understanding because we all make mistakes. what truly upset me was the item was listed a new and instead it was at least open box but sure looked used. seller kept telling me it's new because she checked it herself and not being sealed doesn't matter. she's deceitful and her new items are actually used. TERRIBLE SELLER!!!!

    The picture showed the box open. He tried to say these were used, and they're not. I asked for a picture to show it and there was a small indenture in the cushion that he obviously made with his finger because when I got it back it wasn't there anymore. He told me he wouldn't give me bad feedback if I returned his money and let him keep the item. He offered his money returned when I made the mistake of the wrong address, but he didn't want it. He obviously tried to scam me.
