    Superb rendition of best selling book

    Beautiful photography, costumes And acting in this middle age era. Rich characters, some fictitious , some not. Arresting story. This is #2 in Ken Follett’s Kingsbridge bes seller trilogy. The third book just came out and I hope they film that as well as this and the first, Pillars of the Earth.

    World Without End

    Please, don't order the video until after you've read the book. You will enjoy this Novel in hardcover much more that the dvd. The dvd will be much easier to follow that way. Not to mention that, the dvd leaves some very good parts out. Actually to get the most entertainment from this Novel, one should read "Pillars of the Earth" first. It is considered sort of a "Part One", taking place several hundred years before this story. I don't read a lot but, these two are still my favorite books.

    Great historical fiction.

    Great story and photography, however, we thought the sound could have been clearer. The actors were excellent. The special feature on how the movie was made was very interesting. It is hard to believe they had to create a village and the bridge sean was amazing. Looks very dangerous. It took a lot of talented people and a very talented author. The screen writers were also excellent.
