    Took my money and didn't send my purchase. I contacted them several times and never received any feedback on what the holdback was. Now, I have had to get ebay involved in the matter. I wouldn't suggest anyone buying from this shop because I am starting to think that it is a scam. I have given them many opportunities to contact me.

    I had an issue with my order notifications/e-mail that resulted in an order processing issue. A full refund was issued here and in an attempt to make things right, I offered to send the guy some free product. I try to be perfect on every order. I failed here, did all I could to correct, and was willing to spend some of my my own money to make things right. Integrity and solid business practices are important to me.
