I almost took it as junkmail , the kind where a computer addressed the envelope but in a faux handwritten style. And the interior packaging was almost as deceiving. I found a piece of corrugated cardboard with opaque tape over one edge. I peeled the tape back carefully and that's where I found 11 LEDs, not the 10 I ordered and paid for. I'll be back

The lights will be operated at 9 - 12 vdc with the recommended resistance. I applied 10 vdc to them. They are very bright and with perfect color. My railroad switch control panel will look great with these. As always a great price with fast shipping & delivery. Seller was very helpful with selecting proper resistance. Great job.
