The item was just packaged in a thin mailing envelope with no padding for protection. Any problems with the U. S.Mail would have damaged the little metal pot holder loom. Other than that one complaint my experience with the seller was great.

    Great loom that has lasted the tests of time

    This is a great loom for making looped potholders. It's the same sttyle and materl (metal) we used as children years ago. Sturdy and won't bend while making the potholders. The hook has been around as long as the loom has and can be a little tricky to use at first but with practice it becomes much easier. Highly recommend this potholder loom, especially as a beginner loom.

    So much better than the plastic looms. I’m a mature gal, and my friends and I have discovered how much these potholders are far advanced from new models. The plastic looms too easily allow loops to slip off, but these metal looms almost hold onto them.
