There is no focus or adjustment for camera therefore close-up pictures are very blurred. I would not suggest to use this item for ear nose and throat inspection.

I went ahead and started the refund process, sent them the item in a box, and they claim they did not receive it, and they only got an empty envelope. I sent the seat covers back in a box. Cheats and liars.
